The IM Translator can translate frequently used acronyms and emoticons that people use to communicate via the internet with instant messaging software like AIM, Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, and ICQ into English. It can also translate popular key logging software log files too.
The main purpose of this tool is to know what people are saying to your kids while they are chatting with messaging software or in chat rooms. The internet is a great place to learn and to meet new people, but it can be unsafe if it's use is not monitored.
